Which are the places where I can apply for an internship as a student pursuing a B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering and Applied Mechanics from IIEST, Shibpur?

This answer is in Indian context:
Since Indian engineering curriculum is 40 years old hence:
  • No Indian engineering college produces any skilled aerospace engineer.
  • There are NO private aerospace engineering companies in India.
  • Aerospace like research based engineering branches should not be taught in India.
  • ISRO never recruits any Indian aerospace engineering degree holders in India.
  • There are NO aerospace engineering internships in India.

  • Internships are not trainings.
  • Internships are offered by private companies to learn to choose highly skilled employees from many job applicants.
  • 99% of the internships in India are for computer programmers with an impressive github profile.
  • 95% of the Indian engineering students arrange for random cheap industrial training certificates from NIIT/CETPA like shops, when asked for one from their college.

Do IIT MTech students get hired at Google?

  • NO. Because Indian engineering curriculum is 40 years old.
  • Google India recruits Indian Btech engineering degree holders from top-10 Indian engineering colleges for 99% of the positions at Google India because Google do not have their engineering offices in India.
  • Google USA recruits any human with an impressive github profile even without any school or college degrees. How to get a job/internship at Google from India ?

  • There is 0 demand of any kind of Mtech degree holders in the industry because Indian engineering curriculum is 40 years old and Mtech program is running in Indian only to run the GATE coaching industry.
  • The only and only use of the GATE exam is to get recruited in the PSUs in India. Since all the Indian PSUs are in loss hence they do not need many such employees.
  • 80% of the Indian Mtech students from the top-5 Indian engineering colleges do not complete their degree because they somehow land into a PSU job or another. This is the reason that govt is trying to increase the Mtech fee so that only super serious Indian engineering graduates can pursue higher education in engineering. And such politicians are not trying to update the Indian engineering syllabus because it would cost them a lot of money.
  • So, 99% of the Mtech degree holder become clerks in the IT industry and 50% of such employees are fired after 3–4 years because of the high salary being paid to them. Since being unemployed is considered a taboo in India hence such unemployed degree holders never accept publically that they are unemployed or are working as a clerk somewhere.
  • This the overall status of Indian Mtech scam.

How is the placement of the engineering graduates from VIT/MIT/SRM/Amity/LPU colleges ?

This answer is in Indian context:
  • VIT is a fraud engineering college because it does not offer these facilities to its students, to force them to not to get skilled.
  • All the degree holders from such colleges are shifted as clerks in the companies owned by the college owners. 2–3 LPA.
  • This image can be helpful:

There is NO concept of placement from such colleges because, most of the degree holders from such colleges are shifted as clerks in the services based companies owned by the college owners. 2–3 LPA.
Campus placement of an engineering degree holder from any Indian engineering college happens when some engineering company tries to fill some engineering position in the company and carries out campus placement at various engineering colleges and pays the employees the salary and respect of an engineer.
Since such fraud engineering colleges do not produce any skilled engineer, hence NO engineering company carries out campus placement to recruit skilled engineers from such colleges.

I have a deep understanding about the salary and the skills in the tech industry.
So, whenever any Indian engineering graduate from non-tier-1(or non-top-12), Indian engineering college claims that he has been placed at 4+ LPA, in private sector, then he shall be fired from the company, after the admission session ends in their non-tier 1 engineering college, citing lame reasons.

What is the salary and the scope after pursuing Mtech in India ?

This answer is in Indian context:
  • There is 0 demand of any kind of Mtech degree holders in the industry because Indian engineering curriculum is 40 years old and Mtech program is running in Indian only to run the GATE coaching industry.
  • The only and only use of the GATE exam is to get recruited in the PSUs in India. Since all the Indian PSUs are in loss hence they do not need many such employees.

  • This the overall status of Indian Mtech scam.
-------------------------------------------
So, most of the IIT Mtech graduates fall primarily under three categories:
  1. They remain unemployed because of the garbage that they had learnt in their 6 years of past life.
  2. Become teachers in the private Indian engineering colleges. 2–3 LPA.
  3. Work as clerks in the services based companies. 3–4 LPA.

What is the scope and salary of Indian Electronics and Telecommunication engineering degree holders in India ?

This answer is in Indian context:
  • There is NOTHING called as electronics and telecommunication engineering in the real world. The simple name of the engineering branch is electronics engineering. Electronics engineer is a person who can make use of his command over the low level computer programming languages to make the computers do what he wants them to do. If two chapters of telecommunication devices are taught to Indian electronics engineering students then they shall not become electronics and telecommunication engineers.
  • Airtel, Idea, Jio, Vodafone are not ETC companies but they are simple telecom companies. Example of ETC companies are Huawei, Verizon, Cisco. None of these companies have their engineering offices in India, and all such companies do their engineering in some foreign countries only. There are negligible job openings in the govt sector for such Indian ETC degree holders.
  • All the kinds of Indian electronics engineering students in India should follow GATE/IES ECE syllabus to be able to compete in some competitive exam to become an electronics engineer in the govt sector. There is infinite demand of highly skilled electronics engineers with an impressive TopCOder and GitHub profiles, even without any school or college degrees.
  • Electronics engineer is a person who can make use of his command over the low level computer programming languages to make the computers do what he wants them to do.
  • There is infinite demand of highly skilled electronics engineers with an impressive TopCoder and GitHub profiles, in all the developed countries of the world, even without any school or college degrees.
  • Negligible electronics engineering happens in India.
  • None of the known electronics engineering companies(Intel, Qualcomm, Samsung, Snapdragon etc) have their engineering offices in India. Most of such known electronics engineering companies have their engineering offices in the USA, Israel, Poland, EU, UK, Belarus, Australia etc.

  • There are two ways to become an electronics engineer in India
    • competing in some competitive exam to become an electronics engineer in the govt sector (initial salary 6–10 LPA)
    • getting recruited in some private electronics engineering company on the basis of the topcoder-github profiles, even without going to any school or college. ( initial salary 8–15 LPA)

This image can be helpful:

------------
To become a world class electronics engineer put several sample complex human usable softwares like,
  • An operating system,
  • A web browser,
  • A compiler,
  • A cryptocurrency
on your GitHub profile to try to impress the present electronics engineer working in some developed country. Such projects are made using the command over the low level computer programming languages like C/C++/Assembly etc.
There is NO need of any school or college degree for it.
All the other ways to become an electronics engineers are super long and super uncertain.

Is there any cyber security placements from Mtech-IITs ?

Very good question.
NO. No cyber security company has every recruited any Indian engineering degree holder for cyber security positions. There are several reasons for this:
  1. Indian engineering curriculum is 40 years old.
  2. No Indian engineering college produces any skilled-employable cyber security professional.
  3. There are NO serious cyber security companies in India.
  4. Cyber security companies do not have any well defined recruitment strategy. Two employees working for a cyber security company DO NOT have followed the similar path to get the same job. Because it is a very dynamic job.
  5. The best and the shortest way to get noticed by various cyber security companies throughout the world is to compete in such cyber security competitions preferably without going to any school or college. All such competitions are directly or indirectly organised by various cyber security companies of the world.

  • Mtech is a scam running in India to run the GATE coaching industry.
  • There is 0 demand of Mtech degree holders in the industry.
